Although insurance often covers at least part of the cost of some weight loss surgery options, a little extra help can go a long way. That’s why Dr. Kim offers a variety of choices for patients to bring bariatric surgery into their budget. For patients who have been excluded by their insurance policy or who do not have insurance, we offer discounted surgery prices for many of our procedures. The Live Life Again Center also partners with reputable medical financing lenders to provide you with affordable, low-interest monthly payment plans, sometimes as low as $200 a month. Self Pay Special Package Prices
For patients who are not insured or not covered by insurance, the following is a list of Self Pay Special Package Prices for weight loss surgery procedures:

- Laparoscopic Gastric Sleeve/Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy: Starting at $12,300
These prices include:
- Pre-operative appointment and testing
- Bariatric university class
- Surgery fee
- Surgeon fee

- Anesthesiologist fee
- Free follow-up appointments and LAP-BAND® System adjustments for 6 months
- Lifetime of free support group meetings
With Self Pay packages you can use a variety of payment methods, including:
